These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the efimastery.com website ("Website") operated by EFI Mastery Limited ("we", "us", or "our"), a New Zealand registered company.
By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use the Website.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, waitlist subscribers, and students who access or use the Website or our services.
EFI Mastery provides online education Programs and tools related to electronic fuel injection (EFI) systems, calibration, and engine management. Our services include online courses delivered through a third-party learning platform, free educational tools and resources, email communications for subscribers, and interactive tools such as our Scorecard and Simulator.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Website or our services at any time without prior notice.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Website. If you are under 18, you should review these Terms with a parent or guardian before using the Website or purchasing any services.
Some features of the Website may require you to create an account or register for a waitlist. When you do so, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, keep your login credentials secure and confidential, notify us promptly if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account, and accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our discretion if we believe these Terms have been breached.
If you purchase a Program or service through the Website, you agree that all prices are displayed in the currency stated on the relevant sales page, you have the legal right to use the payment method provided, and the billing information you supply is accurate and complete.
By submitting payment information, you authorise us to charge the applicable fees. We use third-party payment processors and do not store your credit card details directly.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect fraud, error, or an unauthorised transaction.
Where payment plans are offered, you agree to complete all scheduled payments. If a payment fails, we will attempt to contact you to arrange an alternative. If payments remain outstanding for more than 14 days, your access to the relevant Program will be revoked. No refund will be issued for prior instalments, and no collection action will be taken on the remaining balance.
We offer a 30-day refund window from the date of purchase, subject to the following conditions:
This refund policy applies to one-time and payment plan purchases. For payment plan customers, all instalments paid within the refund period will be refunded if the above conditions are met.
Nothing in this refund policy limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986, which cannot be excluded by agreement.
Each Program offers a limited number of Founding Student spots at a reduced price. Founding Student pricing is available to the first 100 students per Program independently. Once a Program reaches 100 Founding Students, the price moves to the regular rate.
Founding Students lock their pricing permanently. This is not a promotional discount and is not subject to change or withdrawal for existing Founding Students.
Purchased Programs and courses are for your personal use only. You may not share, redistribute, reproduce, resell, or make available any course content to any other person or entity. This includes screen recording, downloading, or streaming course materials to third parties.
Breach of this clause may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.
EFI Master Program students receive lifetime access to all current and future course content included in the EFI Master Program at no additional cost. This commitment survives any future restructuring of the product and is not subject to time limits, course caps, or conditional access.
